Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
At WONDER SPHERE LLC, we prioritize customer satisfaction and take pride in the quality of our products. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are granted.
2.1 Return Eligibility
You may return an item within 14 days of receipt, provided the following conditions are met:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

All tags and labels are intact

The item is free of damage caused by misuse
Note: Returns must be initiated via email at info@securemajestic.com. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
2.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from returns:

Final sale or clearance items

Customized or personalized items

Socks, underwear, and other hygienic products

Items damaged by the customer
2.3 Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
2.4 Exchanges
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. All exchange requests must include photo proof and order reference.
2.5 Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or we made an error in shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
2.6 Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After this time, orders may already be in processing and cannot be changed or cancelled.
