We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at info@securemajestic.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please note: customized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Many of our limited-edition models are handcrafted in small batches. If an item is out of stock, we recommend subscribing to our newsletter or contacting us directly. Some styles may be restocked depending on availability of sustainable materials, while others may remain exclusive releases.
